Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia Control Panel is a typical device only in combination with the Debian Linux OS and comes at no cost. With Hepsia you can host unlimited hostnames in a single web hosting account. This is realizable owing to Hepsia's efficient Domain Manager tool. The other Control Panel setups, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are attainable only with CentOS. Unlike Hepsia, with them you have to use 2 different accounts. This is so, because cPanel and DirectAdmin do not offer any domain name registration/transfer/administration possibilities. If you choose Ubuntu as an Operating System for your dedicated server, there will be no web hosting Control Panel possibility.
Hosted Domains 2 - unmetered domain names can be hosted with all available hosting CP setups, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/manage your TLDs in one single web hosting account. Regrettably, the cPanel/DirectAdmin CP devices do not provide such functionality at all - there is no Domain Manager platform and therefore they need 2 different user logins: 1 domain management/billing/support account and 1 site administration user account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting CP).
OS (Operating System) 3 - you will find out that the Hepsia web hosting CP can run on Debian Linux only. It's free of charge to run it on your dedicated hosting server. Hepsia is not available with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin hosting Control Panel devices work only with the CentOS OS. Neither of them is offered with Debian or Ubuntu.
